RETURNS, REFUNDS, & EXCHANGES

 We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and take pride in providing quality products. If something isn’t right with your order, please let us know at support@oakstonefive.com  or contact us using the form below.

All of our items are custom printed to order for you, based on your selections. This reduces waste and over-production, which helps us help the environment! It also allows a small business, like ours, to offer a larger variety of products and options than would normally be possible. 

Because we utilize this on-demand production process and do not carry inventory, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for our products, unless you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, or for accidental orders of wrong sizes, colors, quantities, etc.

  •  Please be sure double-check your product size, color and quantity selections before you complete your order.
  •  If you are unsure of what size you should purchase, please refer to the sizing chart link provided on each product page.

 

INITIATING A RETURN

Should you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please reach out to us at support@oakstonefive.com so we can help make it right! 

Please provide ONLY the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Brief description of them item and the issue
  • Photos of the product and the issue

DO NOT include any personal or payment-related information in your correspondence.

Requests for returns/replacements must be made within 30 days of your order being updated as delivered.

 

ORDER CANCELATION 

Orders can be canceled or altered for up to two hours after you’ve completed your order. After that, once your order has gone into production, unfortunately, we cannot cancel it.
